Few months back, as now a days I am asked to stay away from the yolk after my Angioplasty , now a days I have no sun in my egg!

When my wife cooks breakfast for our kids before going to school she always makes it a point to cook extra when cooking sunny side up that's what I eat lol ( I seldom eat breakfast) I use to eat a lot of eggs but control it now.

@db20747 I'm beginning to prefer mine flipped and cooked a bit longer now , something I did not like when I was young, eggs seem to be not as fresh than when I was a kid, right with bread or with rice as we Asians do and a dash of salt
