She is an English-Australian singer, songwriter, actress, entrepreneur, dancer and activist. She is a 4x Grammy winner. When she starred in Grease with John Travolta, You're the One That I Want (see below) became one of the best selling singles of all time. Some of her other hits: I Honestly Love You, Have You Never Been Mellow, Please Mr. Please, Something Better to Do, Let It Shine/He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother, Come on Over and Don't Stop Believin'. One of my favorites is Hopelessly Devoted to You. 1981 - Serena Williams was born. She is an American professional tennis player and former No. 1 in the World. She has won 23 major singles titles, the most by any man or woman in the Open Era. She also holds several other records. She is on Forbes list of the World's Highest-Paid Athletes.
