While out running errands the other day, I stopped at a Chinese buffet. Very good. When I find a $5.00 buffet, it pays for me to eat there. I don't eat a lot, and if you go the fast food route, you spend way more than $5.00. And they have always great desserts as well. This was my only meal of the day. I tend to do this when I am out running around. They have hand dipped ice cream in many flavors. I chose butter pecan. Also, they have an Italian dessert some of you may be familiar with. It is called tiramisu. I love this dessert. This dessert is rich and creamy in texture with a slight taste of espresso, almond, and chocolate. I read some recipes and you add coffee to this when making it homemade. The best! Thank goodness I don't eat like this every day. I would not fit through the door. On those rare occasions, when I am out all day taking care of things, I will treat myself and order this type of food. And dessert. Have a great Friday everyone.
