Lauren Blackie who lives in Edinburgh Scotland is happy that a bracelet that she lost last year while she was traveling with her son Jaiden James in Portobello that she thought that she would never recover the gift that was given to her by her cousin Brett eight years ago. To place salt in her spiritual wounds, Brett took his own life three years ago at the age of 26 years which made Lauren feel low that only did she lose her cousin but also his gift to her. Thanks to Facebook, Lauren placed a plea for anyone that found her bracelet, to please contact her to inform her the good news. A person named Pippa contacted Lauren on her Facebook page to tell her that she the bracelet in the beach in Portobello. Pippa gave the bracelet to a coffee stand near the beach to keep it safe. Lauren was able to have her cousin's bracelet back in her possession recently even though the loss of her cousin still has her sad. We cannot win all of the games in life you know.

I'm so glad Pippa was thoughtful enough to get the bracelet back to Lauren.

I am also happy to learn that the power of social media assisted Lauren in getting her bracelet that her late cousin gave to her as a gift being returned to her safely,

That is wonderful that her special bracelet was found and returned. I’ve lost many things over the years and it’s way too late to post them on Facebook.

It'd good to read positive stories about people with so much negative stuff in papers, magazines, on the Internet & on TV!
