Made matzo ball soup

Since right now is Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year) I made matzo ball soup. I made a large pot of chicken broth (whole chicken, salt, celery, carrots, and medium onion). And I made matzo balls using the mix and cooked them in a separate pot of salted water.
When it's time to eat I will pour the broth into soup bowls, add a little chicken and veggies from the broth, a few matzo balls, and some fresh dill. I can't wait to dive in. I love this soup!
