Poop on the floor

I’m sure some of you will find this funny, but poor me I still don’t find it funny. Irritated about it still. So my 4.5 year old is at that point where mom law gets put down for everything. Last night I don’t know why he decided that since he didn’t see me down stairs (he never came look), went up to the kids bathroom to poop. He called me I went up helped him sent him back down stairs. At some point he went back upstairs when it was time to clean and put a small amount of poop on the bathroom floor. Oh, yeah can you see where I’m going with this story? So here we are me alone with all three kids having them in the bathroom. The bathroom smells like poop and pee. Me thinking okay one of the kids must’ve not flushed the toilet or the littlest left some wet accident clothes on the floor. Nope while my oldest where brushing there teeth one showed me poop on the floor, poop on my daughters sock, poop on my oldest son’s bottom floor. I went on a full blown rant at the 4.5 year old. Took his little butt to his room, sat him down on his bed and my not so nice mom voice was our. The kids are always scared of this voice. The other two cleaned up there feet like I asked. I cleaned the floor while still ranting about that’s gross, if you need to go and nobody is in the down stairs bathroom use it don’t use this one without asking. (Kids think if I don’t know they are up they will cause trouble, for the most part that’s true the other part is so I know where they are and I don’t freak out!) Once done I told the 4.5 year to stay in bed mommy was done with him for the night and he need to stay there. Which he did and feel a sleep while his sister read in her room. He woke up 2 hours later and wouldn’t go back to sleep till almost 1am. I’m sure at some point in my life or my son’s life like when he has kids and they do things like this I’ll laugh. Pay back time’s 10 they say.

I think of all the crap (pun intended) that I put my parents through when I was a kid, and I thank God every day that (so far) the payback hasn’t come yet!

@moffittjc I was never like this as a toddler I was the good child of the family. The one thing I got in big trouble for was cutting my hair

@ShyBear88 That's what kids do to us parents sometimes! It's payback from when we drove our parents nuts!

Oh wow! That's all I know to say to that. Having one is a handful, so having three I can't imagine!

When children are small, it can sometimes be a real madhouse.
