It Has Arrived

We finally received our antenna. I can't believe it. We now have it in our hot little hands.
For days I have been trying to get hold of this package. First it was sent to the wrong address and then they were not sure where it actually was. But...that's all over now.
The hubby is out buying some new coax cable, he doesn't want to use the cable we have. Then he will be putting up the pole, mounting the antenna, and testing it out. Can't wait.
Hopefully we will get good reception and more than just a very few channels. If it all works out we will be cutting the cable. Yeah! Money saved.

@HazySue electrical interference perhaps? dunno if'n ya can get a booster fer that antenna?

Thank goodness you finally got your antenna! I have a doctor's appointment today; and then we will go to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate our 49th Anniversary (which is actually tomorrow).

@HazySue Thanks! It was a really good dinner. I eliminated one specialist by having my PCP handle my medication renewals...but I still have regular appointments with my PCP, one specialist, eye doctor and dentist. My husband has a run of doctors' appointments right now. He will be caught up in a couple of months.
