Will you leave or stay when the atmosphere is uncomfortable? For example, you are working in an office where other employees seem not to like you. They don't say they don't like you but your boss told you that there was a thing they don't like about you. Will you keep silent or have it out with them?

I think that the boss is out of line to say that. If I like the work I would stay, I don't work to make friends.
