As I mentioned, I got a new bed recently: one of those expensive Tempur-Pedic monsters. I'll say this: it's already paid for itself with the relief of pressure points and other issues that dogged me with my old mattress. Plus, I have an adjustable base, so I can relax in a number of positions (including "zero gravity," which is supposed to take all pressure off your spine). Yeah, I'm happy. I'll be happier in 24 months when the last payment is made. Meanwhile, it's time for another music countdown. Guess what this one's about!!!! Yep, ten songs with "bed" in the title. Rest easy, everyone, that eliminates Bob Dylan, whose song was just titled "Lay Lady Lay." (Phew, close one there, huh?) Lots of regulars on the list, though...and a few obvious selections. Time for some rockin' lullaby music!! Last song cut was "Shake Your Head (Let's Go to Bed)." And, may I say, one of the reasons I like Was (Not Was) is because there's NO PLACE ELSE ON THIS EARTH where you will find Ozzy Osbourne and Kim Basinger singing a song together!!!!
