Waste of Time and Effort

I was in Philhealth but I waste my there because nothing happened to my papers. I was there because I want to get a certification which I for my Dialysis but suddenly my Philhealth was not updated by the hospital so I didn't get my papers. Waste of time and effort to go there. Then after that before I go home I just go the Pizza Restaurant to buy food for take out so that me and mother can eat together.
