Toto is an American rock band formed in 1977. They have been active from 1977-2008 and 2010-2019. There have been member changes during those periods. They are known for playing a combination of pop, rock, soul, funk, progressive rock, hard rock, R&B, blues and jazz. They have recorded 14 albums and have sold more than 40 million records worldwide. They have won several Grammys and were inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in 2009.
It was hard choosing between "Rosanna" and "Africa"; but here is "Africa" for your enjoyment:

I forgot about Rosanna (brings me memories of junior high . . . but certainly Africa stayed in my memories for years). I don't know much about Toto, but I did think these 2 songs had a different beat from their contemporaries of the time. Have you heard the remake of Africa? I still like this original best
