For most of us especially the kids, ice cream is something special. But for some health reasons perhaps one has some advice to watch out or limit his or her intake with sweet foods. Although, I believe that regardless of age we should not indulge ourselves to anything that is too much, I also think that it wouldn’t hurt either if we give in to temptations to anything we love like ice cream occasionally.
