The next mural artist focused his artwork to a twin falls and an old Muscovado Sugarcane Pressing Mill.
Twin falls are well attracted by tourists for their cool water and verdant surroundings.
While an old muscovado sugarcane mill, it is drawn by a carabao mill press a newly cut sugarcane to extract its juice. It's processed by an improvised boiler. Then it's being dried under the heat of the sun. As its byproduct, muscovado sugar is produced.
The main income-generating business of our city is sugar. We have several vast of lands planted by sugarcane and owned by Haciendero (Sugar baron) or Planters as we call them.
The artist selected our century old Church as his piece for mural painting. He wanted to show to the public viewers that historical value of Our Lady Parish...
