In the world of working at a Dunkin' Donuts store in Long Island New York, employees have to be alert at all time dealing with customers since not all of them have intentions of buying a meal from the store.
Recently a 61 year old man named Frank Annunziata Junior entered the store allegedly with a knife in his hand demanding money from the employee behind the counter who was Austin Minott.
Normally Austin would be wise to give in to the demands of the robber since none of us are real life super heroes who are bullet proof like Superman.
Austin decided to go for broke since his younger brother died a month ago due to gun violence.
During the melee, Austin had both of his hands cut by the knife attack of the suspect as the brawl spilled outside of the shop when Austin's younger brother Leslie Treadwell and another person tripled teamed the suspect and pinned him down until the Suffolk County Police arrived to take the alleged robber to jail.
Austin is thankful that his younger brother and the other person were in the area to assist him to take down the alleged robber.
I do not know if Austin will ever attempt to brawl with a robber who has a weapon in his hand again in the future or not since a human life is not replaceable.

It is sad when people commit a crime due to emotional problems.

That is true since they allow their demons to overpower them into committing crimes.

Most companies have lectured their employees never to attempt to be a hero to prevent a robbery for safety reasons.

Austin was very upset that a robber was going to try money from his store. He did act on anger and courage.

There are some employees who do not take anyone stealing from their place of employment very lightly.

I always applaud a worker that fights back even though it's not recommended. I'm glad he had assistance.

Company rules do not encourage employees to play the role of super hero in their place of business since losing a life over a few dollars or food items is not worth the risk.

@LindaOHio I agree with you since robbers need to learn that crime does not pay at all.

@Deepizzaguy I know; but I like to see the robber back down in some videos I've seen.

I would not blame you since a criminal needs to know that some employees are not going to lay down and get robbed for their pretty faces.
