It's Lunch Time
I prepared Bitter melon with plenty of tomatoes, eggs and mixed seafood. I like Bitter Melon so much. That is one of my favorite vegetables when I was in Philippines and even now I'm here in Germany. I cook it from time to time if I saw it in the Asian Shop.
Bitter melon taste bitter but it's depends on how you prepared. There is a secret how to cook the Bitter melon.

Bitter melon or bitter gourd, it's nice with the egg and tomatoes but if friend. I don't eat fresh salad because it is bitter.

@Gracezy they say that ampalaya is good for anemic but I haven't found medical proof.

I really hate that and if it wasn't for it's vitamin content I wouldn't bother eating it at all. how much it cost in asian shops.
