I was going to write a post about some of the sayings that I am converting to back stitch/cross stitch including a picture of them but...well, as the title says, I can't take a picture worth a darn. I tried several times before I just plain gave up. I have tried to take decent photos, honest I have but no matter what I do they come out all yucky. Too dark, too light, too blurred. Anyway I decided to see if I can get someone in a day or so to try to take a photo for me. Hopefully I will be able to use it to write a post with. In a few days we will no longer have the cable or the phone. Yeah! I am finding that the tv isn't as important to me as it used to be. Plus, we both have cell phones. My day is going smoothly and I am getting a lot done. That puts me in an excellent mood. How is your day turning out?

My day is going smoothly too. I went out earlier this morning, and now I am home for the rest of the day. I may take a little walk in an hour or so.

I have found that my picture-taking skills depend on whether I am trying to get a good picture, or just messing around and having fun. I have learned over time that if I am purposely trying to take a good photo, inevitably it turns out horrible. But if I am just messing around and having fun, and putting absolutely no thought into how a picture turns out, I end up with masterpieces. So now, I just go snap photos without any thought of how they might actually turn out, and for the most part they end up being decent pictures.

Heh. I rarely watch TV, but I do like to tune into sports now and then. And I only use my land line. My cell phone is for emergencies only.

we watch about an hour of TV a day and that's it. We could even get away without it if we caught up on the news and weather on the internet.

I'm sorry you're having trouble taking pictures. That's good you won't have cable or phone soon. My day is going okay.

This day is going by, like a grease shot! I'm having a nice day, getting a few things done around here. Nope, my phone and the television doesn't mean much to me, but this keyboard still has a grip on me:(
