Fairlife Update

United States

So I told you guys about the speedy response to my complaints via email. Well, I just got two coupons for a 52 oz bottle of milk from fairlife. The coupons do not expire until next year. If I do get this brand again, I will most likely NOT be buying it from the store I have been buying it from. It could be that the supply that was given to them was faulty, it could be their coolers were faulty (though I have bought other drinks from that same cooler), it could be any number of things. I thought that it was very good customer service for them to send me the coupons, though I did expect them. I'd like to keep drinking this brand of milk as it's a good brand usually, but we shall have to see. I'll try twice more atleast (since I have coupons for it) but if it's STILL not good then they've lost my business. When was the last time, if ever, that you've complained about a food product? What result did you get?

That is great you got coupons. I have had to contact companies before as well. I got free coupons for Mrs. Smith pies I believe.

I've gotten free coupons for red baron's pizza once when I complained about them. I think you wrote a discussion about the time you complained about Mrs. Smith's Pie's didn't you? I feel like I've heard you say something about it before at any rate.

@CarolDM This post has made me start looking for a list of "coupon friendly" companies. I just emailed Country Crock to rave about their plant butters. We shall see if they offer me any kind of coupon.

@Tina30219 We had cans like that working for the grocery store. I guess something must have been slammed onto the can you got, and yet not hard enough to puncture it.

Oh that's really awesome. Now I've never seen a can dented in, but I have seen the top "bloated" out. It happens when the can is dropped sometimes.

Was it rotten or what happened?

I had bought two bottles of milk on two separate occasions. One bottle was good until November. I opened it and it didn't last a week before it spoiled. The second bottle (same brand) didn't last three days before it spoiled. The expiration for that one was December.

It's nice to get a refund or replacement for faulty products. Unfortunately my post today is about the broken door lock just after 3 weeks of use. The warranty for replacement is only for 1 week.

Oh, that's no good. The warranty should atleast be for a month. One week is not enough time to test the reliance of the lock.

I complained about a container of ricotta cheese a couple of years ago. The company sent me a check to cover the cost.

I've never heard of a company doing that before. Was it not a national / well known brand?

@ScribbledAdNauseum I don't know if it is a national brand but it is very common around here. Biazzo

@NJChicaa Ah, I haven't come across that brand down here. I had just never heard of a company sending a check out before, and wondered if the company was small.
