So sorry about that. I used Accer Laptop and they stay very long with me without much of trouble. My current one is almost 5 years old and going strong for my personal use.

My mother's laptop isn't working either. She says it needs a new battery. But she hasn't bought a new battery for it yet. She thinks it would be best just to get a new laptop.
