Salmon in Miso Broth

Last night, I was able to cook one of my favorite Filipino dishes which is Sinigang na Salmon sa Miso or Salmon in Miso Broth which I cooked in a crockpot, despite my busy schedule at work. It is one of my specialties as well. Tonight, I’ll be preparing some beef steak and fried fish for dinner. I hope it will turn out great. What are you having for dinner tonight?

I think cooking is not one of my fortes in life. I suddenly have the taste for that recipe. My wife does cook that one but she doesn't eat it because she doesn't like it. I on the other hand likes it very much.

@freelancermariagrace I do eat at home. I sometimes eat my dinner. After working online, it would be surprised for me to eat the dinner cooked by my lovely mother.

Actually, I plan to make salmon tonight for dinner as well. But I will be making a baked teriyaki salmon. Salmon is Miso sounds good...but salmon is just good no matter how it is cooked in my opinion.
