Halloween Celebrations | October 31st

Hey everyone, hope you all are doing great. If you celebrate Halloween, I Hope you had a great one! Halloween here went great, for Eli anyways! Eli got to wear his costume to school, and the kids got to do a costume parade. They got some candy and some bubbles and slime - not sure who supplied those. Someone brought cupcakes, and the teacher brought donuts for the class too. Anyways, later in the day we went trick-or-treating. First we took him to a friend of my mom's house. Then, we took him to the apartment complex we used to live in and Eli got to see his "grandma" Mary. She is not really his grandma, but she's known him since he was a baby and she loves him just as if he really was his grandson. Anyways, after that it was too early to go to the hospital, or to the trunk-or-treat in the town square so we went out to my great aunt & uncle's house. We usually don't take him to their house so they were really glad to see him. It was still too early for the main two places we planned to go, so we went to a trunk-or-treat that we found going on at a church in town. There were probably 12 or more cars giving out candy. Then, we did go to the hospital finally....and Eli went around the room to all the elderly people and they were all glad to see Buzz Lightyear! To end the night we were going to go to the big trunk or treat on the town square....but there was a line a mile long! So we skipped out on that. Next year we are going to try to go there when it starts (probably early actually) instead of going to the hospital. Eli was a bit upset when we couldn't do the big trunk-or-treating.
