State Capitals North Carolina

A very lovey state. Its a mix and can see why its a up for grabs state between democrats and republicans. Still more of a southern state. Usually goes with the Republicans, but Obama upset that trend in his first term. I been to the beach in NC been to the college towns, we went to Charlotte and my roommate and I had a lovely date with these lovely ladies. A bit to Godly for us but we all worked it out. That was 20 plus years ago.
State Capital Raleigh, and finally a state that uses their capital city for education. Duke or is in North Carolina or is it both. I never went to the smart places. I do think both are across the street from one an other. How would you like being so close to your arch nemesis?

A place somehow I always would think I could live there, must be nice and quaint.
More good memories for you there Crossbones.
I passed through it that state on the big rig years ago riding with someone.
