Friday Afternoon and I’m so Slow

I don’t know but I feel like I’m not that productive these past days. I’ve already recovered from my illness but I want more break without bothering myself so much of what is about to come. My mind would like to work but my body seems do not want to cooperate. Am I being lazy or this is just boredom?

That happens every now and then, when the body needs rejuvenating. Do your best to get the eight hours of sleep. Heals the eight organs of the body. In time, you will be able to function like you used to.

I think being sick is stressful enough to make you feel like you lack enough rest from being sick. I think your body is just telling you to catch up on those restless days when you were sick. I think get enough rest this coming weekend and hopefully that feeling of sluggishness will disappear when your body has fully rested.

If you are unable to find solutions in anything that you did to come out of present situation then I would recommend you to start meditation. If you can not meditate then search for different chakras of human body , each day listen to frequencies for each chakra with your headphones ON, you can find them on youtube. You must certainly feel some change .
