Daniel brought a lot of chard from the place he knows. It is very cheap but it is also what I´d call second class veggies.
I will have to wash it and many of its leaves are half shredded. Then the cooking is easy.
The next step has to be thought. There are several dishes I know how to make, but I have noticed that chard does not freeze very well. Maybe if I freeze a chard soup (cream) it could be kept for a while.
Do you know how to keep chard in the freezer? It should be similar to spinach, but I haven´t done that either. Do help!

It looks like the vegetable that we call pechay. I used to love that until I noticed that it was giving me indigestion. Now it's only cabbage for me.

Thank you very much! Besides my hating to do the job, that is what I will do tomorrow.

Have no idea how you freeze it that is a very nice chard you have there and its very rare I see one with very dark green leaves here otherwise I don´t touch it.
I am too lazy and tired to listen to see or hear Pedro Sánchez and company buah.
