When I was younger, I weighed 94 pounds for many years. Then, do to certain circumstances, I gained up to 200 pounds. I have since lost 40 pounds. But, waiver a pound here and there from the obese category to the overweight category according to the BMI.
I have a total collection of Leslie Sansone in-home walking workouts. But, as cool as she is, she is just not motivating.
I have a few Christian workout music CDs. But, again, not motivating.
Yes, there is alot of stuff on-line. But, I do not find to be motivating.
Guess who is lurking in my DVD collection? Richard Simmons! One totally awesome man with a super personality, has "been there", cares, motivates, and on and on. I have not given up on him yet. He has not given up hope on anyone! So, want to join me? Check out his clubhouse at:
Good Luck!

The most weight I ever gained was at university when I ate a lot of fast food. Now I just watch what I eat. If your determined to lose weight Richard Simmons is good for that.

I have an illness in my legs, so I cannot exercise. So, for me, the thing is to eat less.

Good that you have found something that works for you. I follow a disciplined diet and exercise on most of the days. There are days where I just treat myself

For me it goes to two factors to get it done. Determination and self-discipline.
