Another Aglio Olio for Today's Lunch

Today is a slow day for me. Nothings really happens and the weather also make me a little bit lazy and only one to stay inside the house.
When I have this kind of day, I always go with my ultimate go-to recipes. The one that do not required lots of ingredients and can be make in short time.
So today, I made the Aglio Olio in the image above. I just add extra shrimp and cheese.
Do you guys have any go-to recipe when you just have a lazy day?

I sometimes cook that. Can't think of my go-to recipe. But at times I'll cook tuna carbora or a simple spaghetti from just a can of corned beef and some ready made pasta sauce if I want something done the fastest and easiest way.
