It sure is a beautiful day out there. It's tie to rise and shine and make the most of your day. Here is sunny Florida, at least my part, it is sunny, cool, and beautiful. Days like this just make me want to sing it's praises. Yesterday was one of those days I would like to forget. So...this morning it was especially nice to wake up to cheerful, sunny world. I will be doing the same old thing I do just about everyday of the week so it's a good thing I like to do what I do. My stitching is going well as is my writing so I feel quite perky when I think about settling down to work with them today. Hope your day is filled with happiness and joy.

@TheHorse I'm not necessarily sad. But just having another long phase of Depression. ( having lows with intrusive thoughts / anxiety ) It comes and goes as it pleases. I just can't remember the last time I felt so alive and happy like @HazySue has described.

@VivaLaDani I make it a point to think positively. I may not always feel good, in fact I usually don't feel good at all health wise but I do made it a point to keep up my spirits. I wish I could do something to help you. Anytime you want to talk, just PM me.
