The Green Amazons.

My daughter's grade 7 batch is called the Green Amazons.
Last Tuesday, the junior high school had their yearly Batch Cheer and Cheer Dance Competition as part of their Foundation Day. My daughter and her batch mates were worried because their voice were not that loud and hearing the older batches during practice made them a bit frantic. Since this is a first time for them and the older batches already experienced this competition from the previous years.
They draw lots the grade who will perform and it was in reverse order, the older grade to the younger grade. Being a parent, of course I would want them to win but hearing all those sentiments from the kids made us worry to.
But apparently, not only luck was on their side, but the hard work, diligence and determination paid off.
The Green Amazons, grade 7 and the babies of them all -- were the Champion for the Batch Cheer and Cheer Dance!
So happy for them!

@Alexandoy actually, a few days before the competition, I already have a sore throat and my allergies are acting up. But I cannot help not to scream and shout for them. lol

@ScribbledAdNauseum yes, every foundation day. This year is the first year of my daughter as junior high. so they are the babies there and the older grades already experienced it the previous year
