Unitymedia Connect Box bad Internet Connection

This week we have really bad internet connection. It started Tuesday morning our Main internet was not working no connection. So I turn off our internet router and turn on again but nothing happened. I try to log out all internet connection and connect again but the password was incorrect. We are lucky because our Guest Internet is still functioning. Then I started thinking why our main internet doesn't work? I do all trouble shooting to go back our main internet but it doesn't work at all. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning those days are really bad internet connection. Unitymedia had a big problem in internet connection not only in my area but nearly the whole Germany. I thought it was only our internet but I'm not the only one had a problem with Unitymedia. Friday afternoon I try it again to solve it to my own way. That was my last weapon to solve the problem and it's work I'm happy to solved the problem to my own. Now our Internet is much better than before Did you have a problem with Internet too? In the Philippines most of the time the Internet connection was bad. I hope in the future the Internet connection will get better.

Did you reset the router? Sometimes it is the only way to go.

@LadyDuck normally unitymedia has a good service that's why I was surprised that we have a problem with the Internet.

Our internet is getting to be very slow in the mid morning, about 9 am to 11 am. I wonder why. That is the reason why I don't visit this site because I get annoyed when the internet is slow.
