Today I received one of those messages that I often get about the constitution. My granddaughter told me that I was accepting bad information. So I decided not to go to hear Camila and invited Carolina to explain.
Dixie is in another part of Chile, in the mountains. She will send pictures.
I had lunch with Daniel (he´ll take care of his friends if they come) and I´ll take a nap.

It was made during Pinochet. No mayor changes have been made.

@mlgen1037 Absolutely. And a lot of laws that depend on the constitution too. We are not a poor country but the wealth is not distributed as it should.

@LadyDuck In this country democracy has never meant that the people govern since Pinochet even though we have had several times leftists Presidents. But this has been an oligarchy and the authorities preferred to fill their pockets than to work for the people who elected them

@marguicha In Italy they finally modified the Constitution without asking to the people to vote. Italy has become a "fake" democracy.
