My friedrice with veggies

A hotty afternoon here, since yesterday I was alone here in the house. Because my husband need to go for out of town for their team building, my aunt and my son are going to
las pinas this morning , they stay there for 1 week, I want to go there also but I can't because I have a lot of order to finish, that's why I choose to stay here. I will missed my son and my husbnd so much, but I don't have choice. So since I'm alone, no need to cook of many foods, so my left over food last night I recycled it, I make it fried rice with meatloaf and veggies, so the result is perfect. Have you tried to make fried rice on a twist?.

my sisters do that, too, every time they cook adobo.
i had an officemate, though, who would also do it when he cooks squid so the fried rice is black.

Yes sometime I also experiment with fried rice to mix with many different kind of vegetables and sometime I make some different dips like mint coriander curd dip or jaggery dip

@resukill22 Yes it is. The taste of bagoong makes it flavorful and would let you eat for more. It will broke your diet.

I love to make fried rice. I made some a couple weeks ago out of leftovers, like you. It was really good. I think it is better than fresh because the flavors blend better.
