My food color flavor

One of our member here in my lot message me and asked me what are food color I used? In making my desserts, actually yesterday I bought a new food color and I want to share it with you guys, so you have idea if you ever to make a dessert and want to put a food color . @LadyDuck but they are good to put it on making dessert, not only me are using that, even a professional Baker using that too. So I'm not worried to used that. It's our choice!

i guess you use yellow for banana and pineapple. so when do you use the blue and the violet food color?
