Pedometers

I would usually not be seen without a pedometer on my shoe or as a wristwatch. When I lost my last one many months ago, I got disgusted. Tired of keeping pedometer companies in business! However, pedometers are a blessing, as one can compete with oneself. Getting to 10,000 steps becomes a fascination. So, I guess those cheap pedometers really are worth buying over and over again. Cheaper than high health care bills in the future. photo by pixabay

I've never tried pedometers, but I love to jog. I guess I need that one soon.

The best for me is attaching to my shoe. Some people attach to their waist band, bra, etc.

@Spontaneo nice. I can place the pedometer in the place I’m comfortable with.

I tried a cheap one but it was no good. The slightest bump added numbers.

Sorry! I usually have good luck with steps/miles, but lose them easily!

I like using the fitbit and counting steps that way.

Yep. The darn contraptions motivate me. So, I spend the $5.00.
