Back from the gym

Today's Strongman workout was a good one. This is what we did:
1) Viking press (5)
2) Prowler hand over hand rope pull/push (60')
3) Sandbag carry (60')
4) Medicine ball over bar
We cycled through that for about 45 minutes. It was a lot of heavy stuff today which was good because we haven't done that in awhile.
I also got 2 nice compliments this morning. My favorite trainer said that I look slimmer and followed it up with "and I don't just say that to people". Another person told me that I look really good. I'll take it. It is good to know that I'm looking good even if my life isn't going so great these days.

I put in just shy of 10 miles of walking yesterday at work, and my legs are a little sore today. I really need to go to the gym this morning to burn some extra calories off, since I'll be tailgating all day today and eating and drinking lots of calories.

@NJChicaa The University of Florida football game against the Florida State Seminoles. The game is here in town tonight at 7:30pm. Last regular season game of the year, and they are our big in-state rivals.

Nothing today. the most I have lifted wa the 5 gallon bucket filled with water for the dogs, I toted it around the house to the backyard.
