No dream to write up today

The past couple of days I have written my dreams down in the libre office program on my laptop. Last night I know I had two dreams but I couldn't recall either of them enough to really write them down.
I think that is because I tried to make myself remember one when I got up to use the necessary in the middle of the night. The second dream I can't remember because I woke up too fast.
So no dreams to write down today. I'd like to start writing them down again.
Do you record your dreams?
Contrary to popular belief, you do dream even if you do not remember them

I usually have atleast two, and only write down the one I remember the most of. However, sometimes it seems that the two dreams are part of each other. I dream a lot about history.

@LadyDuck Yes, I have a lot of those types of dreams as well. Sometimes I've even had a dream of my best friend's mom. Whenever that happens I make sure to check up on my friend, but I don't tell her that I had a dream of her mom because I feel it would upset her.

@ScribbledAdNauseum My friends know that I had many premonitory dreams and sometimes they call me to ask "did you dream anything about me? Am I safe?".

I always wish for a sweet dream. But lately I wake up with a headache because my dreams are stressful although I dont recall exactly what they were about.

I'm sorry to hear that. I sometimes wake up crying because of the dream I had. I don't think I've woken up with a headache because of them.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I think my work stress is carried over to my sleep.

@yoalldudes Oh, I understand that all too well. I used to dream about my workplace and I'd wake up and have to go to work, usually in a bad mood.

@ScribbledAdNauseum What I don't understand is that sometimes I dream of using Arabic, Japanese and even cats or dogs language.

@May2k8 Maybe you have ancestors that knew those languages?

I am not sure if I've ever had a dream where I couldn't understand the language. I feel as if I've had a dream where I knew the language was supposed to be different, but it was still English I heard. I have, however, had some bilingual dreams but it's been years. I used to know more Spanish than I do now.

No I don't record them, but I mostly remember my dreams. I don't remember last night's dream.

I would like to start to record my dreams. Last night I had two dreams but couldnt' remember enough to make an effort to record them.
I once read that you have to wake up slowly to really remember your dreams.

I like to write them up and sometimes share them here. I might start doing that again, I am not sure.

Unable to recall your dream from sleeping. Just write a dream you dream about for the future.

Most of my creative writing comes from reams I have had. I can write without basing it off of a dream, but then it's usually based off of family experiences. Otherwise, I'm not so good with writing. I need to practice more.
