Hello everyone. I'm glad to be back here. The typhoon has ruined our power lines and internet cables. And I'm so delighted that their services is back now.
I wonder what I have missed the past few days. I miss interacting here and reading your discussions.

@yoalldudes It's the same with hurricanes in the U.S. Some are just a bad storm, while others are very destructive.

That is good to know that the power was restored back in your place. In my father's place they are still in the dark as power lines have not been restored yet and they are waiting for the good news as well.
You seem to have missed a lot of Mylot since this is the first site you've accessed.

@yoalldudes That is really true they just stay in the car to charge their cellphones to continue communicating with us here in Manila. The power company promised that before Christmas arrives the power will be restored to everyone affected. The city nearby is already powered 80-90% already. My father's place is a bit remote from the city center that is why they are less prioritised.

@rsa101 I totally understand. That is the case here as well. I remembered after a typhoon several years ago, it took weeks and we have to spend Christmas in darkness, while in my stepdad's place, they are having movie marathon because their powerline is along the hospital and town center so they are prioritized.
