today I go to the hospital to see doctor,nowadays it is more convenient for us,actually there are two ways to make an appointment and make the payment. one is manual service,you need to wait in super long queue,because always there are so many people .and it gonna to take so long time to wait your turn;another way,it is fully automantic machine,or say it is self support machine,which means you can make appointment or pay the payment on the machine by yourself. it will be more efficient,but it is surprised me that a few people choose to finish it on the machine,they all just stand in a long queue and complain that why there are so many people and waste the time.maybe we are new and don't know how to use the machine for the first time,but just try to learn and accept new things or technology in our daily life. do you agree?

New things get some time to get accepted and popular. I am sure it will pick up in time and you will have a longer queue for the automatic mode.

Some people prefer to do things the way they are used to. Maybe some of them were afraid that they couldn't figure out how to use the machine. The machine might become more popular in the future. My doctor has introduced machines, and we are not able to choose. We have to use the machine when we arrive, it is the only option. I think it is fine. The machine is easy to use and it is faster, too.
