Is "Writerswork" Legit?

I recently came across a website called "Writerswork" and I was wondering if others here had used the site & whether it's garbage or worthwhile. The thing I read said writers there could earn 20-$65/hr, but many sites use hype to draw people in and then fail to deliver, seeing as I've been burned by so many sites in the past, I'm cautious.

It sounds too good to be true. I'd stay away from that site.
