Sound financial management?

How to attend a sound financial management? Sometime in 1975 I used to make a budget for our family of 4. It's a good practice I have had for I could determine how much money intended for a particular expenses. And I am confident as to where my hard earned money will go. This has reminded me on how I go along with my earnings for the month when our resource speaker talks about in extending financial assistance to members of the Church in our today's Regional Church conference held at the capital city. Do you have a financial management? How do you go about it?

Financial management is a business terminology, I suppose, to a family person's budget. Budgeting is necessary, so we spend only for what we need. Overspending can cause crippling situations, and the family may suffer. Thus,it is advisable to keep to the budget strictly.

I am extremely careful and frugal with money. I have many things I do to help manage it and of course to grow it as well. Lots of saving, lots of investing, and of course I try to find multiple sources of income to beef everything up. It works out very well for me.

@porwest That's fine my friend. Happiness is not measured by how much money you have but the how much you have made other happy especially those who have least in life. Just like what the Bible said. What you've done to the least of your brethren you've done it to the Lord.

I made a budget when our kids were still living at home. Now, we don’t need a budget.

I don't have a financial advisor. I never have a problem with my finances. My bills are always taken care of.
