Why do most people drink their coffee hot?

Some foods and beverages simply tastes better and are better tolerated at certain temperatures, putting it in reverse it's like asking do you love boiled ice cream? How about some frozen fried rice and noodle soup?

I mostly drink hot coffee. Sometimes I buy iced coffee, but I like hot coffee the most. It is perfect on a cold winter day.
