I spent half of the morning today washing, halving and measuring apricots for the jam.
After lunch I took a nap while the apricots and the sugar juiced up.
Now that there is not so much sun, I am watering what Claudia and Vicent planted and the apricots are simmering over the stove.
Thee apricots are not as big as they were when the tree was young, but they are still awesome.
