I stopped inhaling mentholated oil because I keep having nosebleed. I replace it with inhaler. My sister's boyfriend gave her a pack of inhaler from Thailand. My brother also went to Thailand and bought a box of inhaler. I inhaled it nonstop because it feels good but this morning I nosebleed again. I promise I will just use it for one hour at night. I promise not to use it longer anymore. I will be careful not to get so addicted. I don't want nosebleed anymore

I wonder why the younger generation are using the inhaler. It is not good for the nostrils.

I remember in highschool my classmate always bring an inhaler. I remember him and tried it and it is like stress relieving to me

@averygirl72 again I would say the inhaler is not good for you especially that you are young. The nosebleed is a symptom of bad effects of the inhaler. Listen to your body before it is too late.

@Shavkat I think I have already nosebleed for 4 or 5 times already. I use a tissue paper and it is not so bloody. My right nostril is the one that bleeds the left nostril do not

I don't think using that inhaler is a good idea. I'm not surprised it is hurting the inside of your nose causing nosebleeds.

@averygirl72 I’m pretty sure I read that stuff is really bad for you. If there is no medical reason from a doctor that you need it then I would stop. A nosebleed is trying to tell you something is wrong!

Yes maybe the blood vessels get so brittle and dry from too much menthol
