Printer/Computer Set-Up 12/17/19

Went ahead and ordered my printer from Best Buy yesterday because it looked like they had it in stock; and they had a sale $100 off. HP was out of the printer that I wanted. I then received an email saying that the delivery was going to be delayed; and that there was no guarantee of getting it before Christmas. So we shall see how long it takes.
The one thing pending with the computer virus protection has been solved by the Support team. They manually changed my password; and then I changed it to one that I will use.

I was able to get the HP printer I wanted from Best Buy. Haven't set it up yet.

I would be lost if I had computer issues. I would just take my computer or my laptop into the Apple store here in town and tell them to fix it. I'm afraid to touch anything, as I might just make the problems worse! Hope you get your issue resolved soon.

They ended up manually resetting my password. Now I just have to change it.
