Missing Cash Back in Rakuten

Does anyone still use Rakuten? (What used to be called EBates). I still do on many of my online shopping excursions and when booking vacations, but I have noticed that receiving the cash back seems spotty at best these days. With using the links on their site, the last three purchases of mine have not given cash back despite it’s been the allotted time that it normally takes. What’s up with that? I already sent emails on this this morning, but it would surely simplify my life if they could just award it in the first place. Anyone here still use Rakuten and if so do you experience the same issues?

I'd like to find a way to opt-out of it. I don't make enough with them to get a cashback. I do much better with Swagbucks.

I think you can just Close your account with them. Do you do pretty good on Swagbucks?

@maezee I'm doing okay, but I'm not there every day.

It takes several days to process. If you’re eager you can fill in your order number date and subtotal and it’ll load immediately

Yes, I know the several days rule. And sometimes with hotels it is several weeks after your stay.

I have not been having any trouble with Rakuten, I use it just about every day.

I do not shop through them but I shop through Swagbucks and most of the time my online purchases do not get credited to my account and I have to contact support to get my points. Very frustrating when that happens.

That is frustrating! Adds an extra step for sure.
