When God Doesnt Make Sense (pt 1)- The Happy News

Every since my second born was a little girl, she has wanted nothing more than to be a wife and mommy when she grew up. Well, she grew up. She married a wonderful man. She has made good choices her whole life. They both live for the Lord faithfully. She is wonderful with kids. She has taught preschool, dance classes, and Sunday School; people seek her out to mentor and teach their children. She is a great aunt. Her husband has helped care for his sister with Downs Syndrome and his brother with type 1 diabetes. He has done this since he was 12 years old. If anyone deserves to be parents, it is they.
For the last 2 years of their marriage they struggled to get pregnant. After all kinds of tests and treatments, they were finally told to look into adoption or fostering. My daughter's doctor told her, he just didn't think it would happen.
Then came mother's day 2019. I was happily opening my gifts from my other kids. They were wonderful gifts. But when I opened Angel's gift, my heart stopped. I was shocked and happy and praising God for this miracle. Angel and Lane gave me an ultrasound picture of their little one who was due in December 2019. This was our happy news.
Although we were beyond joyful, there was still that nervousness. All the questions of everything that could go wrong plagued their minds, especially since this was a high risk pregnancy. Still, nothing could stop our joy...
God was still in the business of miracles.

I'm happy daughter found someone that shares her faith. Too true. It makes me sad when people have kids and don't seem to understand the commitment . But with them it sure sounds like they are not new to caregiving.
I do hope this ends up well

Although, it did not end as we wished, my daughter continues to inspire through her faith.

That's wonderful. I do hope this ends well as your title is a bit worrying.
