Breakfast for dinner is a big deal here. We do it at least once a week, and usually a lot more than that.
We also ate lunch pretty late yesterday, so by the time dinner time rolled around we weren't that hungry. But the other half and the child did request breakfast for dinner so they could snack on it.
So I did exactly whatever any good SO/stepmom would do. I made chocolate chip muffins.
Yep. We had muffins for dinner.

Usually i will make bacon or sausage with them. Like I did this morning with the wildberry muffins.

We usually do pancakes or french toast when I do breakfast for dinner, but sometimes its muffins.
