Last year, when Claudia had her neck surgery, she bought another King size bed. She bought the most expensive bed in the market as she decided that it was the only one where she could sleep well. Claudia is one of those people that throw away what they don´t need. Immediately. And there was an extra King size bed in her house. The girls had been telling me for a long time to change my Twin size bed (the one I got after my husband died) for a bigger one so that they would take naps with me when they came for visits. So I got Claudia´s bed and had to buy new sheets and a cover for the mattress. I am not able to make this giant bed by myself and I often helped Leticia when she made it. And mostly Carolina takes naps there. When the girls come, they want to talk outside, in hard chairs. They smoke and I am a passive smoker while I listen to them. Today Tania will come to dress my toe. I wonder if I should leave it alone now, It has been a month since the accident. When I told her that I had thrown all the sheets in the water (an exaggeration of course) she told me that she would make my bed when she came. I wanted to give her a treat, but she is going to a party after that.
