I found myself in a weird, but delightful place.....

I was surprised to say the least when I was asked to move in with two of my friends. They wanted to get an apartment together, and said it wouldn't be the same without me. I did tell them that I knew I wouldn't be able to pay an even split, but they didn't mind as long as I was able to pay something to contribute.
It's good to have great friends, isn't it?
Well, we went to see the apartment that they had picked out. I was under the impression that they had not yet seen it, but they encouraged me to take a tour of the place and as I was opening doors I noticed that a lot of there stuff was already in rooms.
I was beyond thrilled when I opened the door to my room, which was one room they had not yet looked in. My room had a beautiful view of mountains beyond, and I could see snowing falling. Below me, as we were on the second floor, was a row of beautiful fountains, some of which were already frozen.
The view was beautiful, but then so was the room. It was decked out in a bohemian style. The bed was a feather mattress that was on the floor, plenty of pillows to make it comfortable. Scarves were draped from the ceiling above it, to form a sort of canopy above the bed.
On one side of the room was built in bookcases, the other side of the room held a spiral staircase made of metal. It went to another bedroom that was in the attic.
I was overly pleased by the layout of those rooms alone, but the whole apartment was beautiful and spacious. It seemed to take up an entire row of apartments.
... Then I woke up.
There was more to the dream than this, but I felt it was getting too long for most people's liking here...

Yes, I would have loved to live in that apartment. I told the two friends featured in the dream about it, and they both said that it was wonderful and they'd love it there too.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Well maybe it wasn't just a dream, maybe it was a vision! I used to share a house with two girls many years ago. It was great fun but we all went our separate ways in the end,

@sprite1950 I shared a house with three girls at one time, and then moved back home because of a lot of drama. Then moved in with two friend, but we all lived in her parents home with her parents.
One of the friends that I was dreaming about is the one that I had lived with before. It might eventually happen, who knows. We have all said that we would love to live on a communal plot of land.

@Butterfingers Ah, but you should expect already that a lot of my discussions are about dreams.

I guess that would be your ideal scenario. It would be nice if it would come true for you.

Yes, it would be my ideal scenario. I tell my best friends my dreams as well, and one of them said "Okay, I think we just need to find that place and move there."

I've already talked to them. They agreed that it would be a lovely thing, but it would have to be in our future.
I don't think their husband and boyfriend would like them moving out.

@TiarasOceanView I do the same thing with particular good ones. I usually do not succeed. I like to think that some dreams are just visions of past lives.

The rest wasn't so good, and I am beginning to forget exactly what happened in it as well.

It sounds nice. I have been having weird dreams too, but I can't remember them right now,

When I was a preteen my aunt bought me a book for dream interpretations. I had been loving to read about my dreams beforehand. I got online one day and looked up the best way to remember my dreams and ever since then, I've been able to more or less retain them.
You have to be able to wake up slower and it has to be the first thing on your mind in the morning, nothing else. I don't always remember them myself, and it seems more and more lately I am retaining less and less of the dream.

@JESSY3236 I do not do it as often, but there are times (like when I had a dream about a snake) that I had to.

It was, but then we had to try to get away from our landlady as she was a bit crazy. The apartment itself was ideal though.
Have you seen "Sisterhood of the traveling pants" ? It was like that.

@LindaOHio Basically it was about a group of women friends who found a pair of pants that they all loved and that they could all fit into, no matter their body size.
