Smyrna Police Department Police Officer is thankful that a young boy named Levi and his mother went to thank the police officer who had finished a detail of leading a funeral detail for a family who lost two members before the end of 2019. Officer Smyrna was at a bank when Levi and his mom came up to give the police officer a note thanking him and his fellow officers for doing their job to serve and protect their communities to the best of their ability. Officer Little was moved to happiness when the note also has a $1 dollar bill as a tip. Both Levi and his mother are members of the Back The Blue movement which supports the efforts of police officers doing their duty to protect and serve their communities.

There are reports that police officers are very thankful for the support that the citizens of their community are supporting them in these tough times.

It is great on part of both parties to thank each other. While one did his job, the other recognized his job.

That is true since a nice word to someone who is battling a sad moment to make them feel better is priceline.

We are quick to naysay police but never take the time to say thank you when they do their job or go above and beyond their job! I watched the awful Golden Globe show last night--that's another discussion--but the one good thing that was said was by Brad Pitt as he went off stage--"be good, say something nice to someone tomorrow"--we all should!!
