I was perusing the wonderful world of Etsy a while back when I came across a stamp. I talked about this stamp with @Marty1 today and told her that the stamp was out of stock. The seller just informed me that they won't be restocking it. That's a bummer, but I went to google and searched for companies that would let me make my own. I may go that route as it would be easier for me. The template that I am thinking of will be similar to what I had intended to buy on etsy. Simply put, I'd have the stamp embossed (is this the right word?) with Title, Author, Date Started and Date Completed. I'd have a blank space under that to allow me to write what I wanted to about the book. Does anyone here keep a bullet journal (That is, a daily planner, or monthly planner, something that keeps you accountable for plans?)
