"Ich Bin Ein Star, Lass Mich Hier Raus" is a German version of " I'm a Star, Get Me Out of Here", a British originated "Jungle Camp" which is held in Australia.
The contestants of this reality show are popular or not so popular celebrities who have to do some tasks in the jungle camp. The tasks are difficult and horrifying as they have to eat uncooked insects, drinks urine of the animals, eat genitals of the reptiles, swim with thousands of insects, snakes and all sorts of critters. If the contestants fulfilled their tasks and get some stars, they will have something delicious for dinner.
Of course, the celebrities receive a huge amount of money when the show ended after 2 weeks I think. Then in the final, there is a winner who will be the king or the queen of the jungle. Btw, they have to sleep in the jungle as well.
Have you seen this reality show in your country? Would you participate if you are a celebrity? I won't. It already scares me when I see a centipede how much more to see thousands of them in the jungle, not to mention the snakes there.

Wow I like the sound of receiving a huge amount of money. We do not have that kind of show here.

I know. I have not seen this in the Philippines to. I don't think Filipino celebrities will participate in this show @Alexandoy.

@thelme55 the show that I think is similar is the survivor Philippines where the celebrity participants lived in the island.
